Our July meeting was really great. We heard from Tammy Mitchel with Righteous Trouble Makers, a ministry that she and her husband founded to help and feed the Homeless in our area. We’ll be assisting them any way we can in the future. It was also the inaugural meeting of the newest Texas Young Democrats unit in the state. We heard from several Delegates who had just returned from the State Democratic Convention in Corpus Christi. We also heard from candidates and had a good turn out of our people.
